Our story

Our work is rooted in a belief that dignity is non-negotiable and accountability saves lives. We don’t hand out false hope. We build structures, programs, and community pathways that demand effort, responsibility, and growth—because that’s how real change happens.

Saturday Night Street Outreach & Independent Advocacy

We still go where others won’t. Outreach teams provide survival resources, crisis support, referrals, advocacy, and connection to the 3Rs Program. Independent Advocates help with IDs, Social Security, benefits, recovery navigation, medical appointments, housing paths, landlord relations, and more—meeting people exactly where they are.

Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality. Romans 12:13

Our history

The organization was born in Northern Colorado with Saturday Night Street Outreach: showing up in encampments, under bridges, in alleys, and in parking lots where people were sleeping on concrete. We weren’t armed with million-dollar grants—only compassion, grit, water bottles, bananas, hygiene kits, and a genuine willingness to listen.

These early days helped shape our core values:

  • Consistency over charity – We come back, again and again.

  • Relationships over transactions – People respond to those who don’t give up on them.

  • Truth over comfort – If someone wants to change, we walk with them. If not, we still show up, but we don’t sugar-coat the cost of staying stuck.

Building Programs with Purpose

As the needs grew, so did our response. Band-aids weren’t enough. People needed structure, stability, and a real chance to rebuild their lives. Out of this, our core programs were born:

47th Place Apartment

Because not every situation fits a tiny home, we expanded into rental spaces:

  • A senior-friendly 55+ apartment complex with affordable rent

Servant’s Heart Farmhouse Transitional Housing

A working farm supporting food production, skill-building, and work therapy. Residents and volunteers tend animals, grow produce, care for the land, and contribute to a community greater than themselves. This isn’t “busywork.” It’s responsibility, routine, and pride—three things that rebuild shattered lives.

“The Servant's Heart Corp has been a beacon of hope for me during a difficult time.
Their dedication to helping the un-housed community is truly inspiring.”
